Terms of Service

1. What This Is (and Isn't)

DadOrMad ("the Service") is a novelty entertainment tool that compares facial patterns in uploaded photos and generates a playful resemblance readout. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or paternity test of any kind. The results are for entertainment purposes only and should never be used to make personal, legal, or medical decisions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DadOrMad.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Your Photos

Free scan processing happens in your browser. Paid Pro scans, once enabled, may upload photos to private, non-public processing storage and to an AI model provider for the paid report. Paid scan images may be retained for a limited period so you can revisit reports and reuse photo sets, and saved scans can be deleted from the product when deletion controls are available. Public image URLs are not part of the default flow.

4. Accounts, Credits, and Saved Results

You can use free scans without an account. If you buy Pro scan credits or want scan history, you may sign in so credits, payment references, and saved reports can be attached to your account instead of only this browser session. Credit packs are entertainment scan credits, not stored cash value. Failed AI jobs may be refunded as credits according to the product flow.

Saved Pro scans are stored by default so paying users can revisit results and reuse retained photo sets during the retention window. You are responsible for deleting saved scans you no longer want retained.

If you create a share link, anyone with that link may view the shared result page, report text, and temporary image previews until the link expires or the saved scan is deleted. Only share results when you have appropriate permission from the people shown in the uploaded photos.

5. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no claims about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any resemblance analysis. A Pro report is a richer entertainment readout, not proof of paternity, biology, ancestry, ethnicity, race, nationality, medical status, or legal fact.

Pro reports may compare observable physical attributes, including facial structure, eye color, hair color or style, complexion/skin tone, facial hair, freckles, dimples, and other visible marks when those details are detectable in the submitted photos. Those observations are photo-based likeness notes only and must not be treated as protected-class, ancestry, medical, or identity determinations.

Any future-appearance or same-age comparison preview is a playful visual thought experiment. It is not a biometric forecast, medical prediction, identity verification, or guarantee of how anyone will look later.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DadOrMad and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to: emotional distress, relationship disputes, family drama, saloon brawls, or any actions taken based on the results.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service as evidence in any legal proceeding
• Present results as a legitimate paternity determination
• Present Face Folklore or style notes as ancestry, ethnicity, nationality, or religion estimates
• Upload or share photos of individuals without appropriate permission
• Use the Service to harass, bully, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
